l Introduction to Eagle®XG:
EAGLE XG is a high-quality alkali-free glass substrate formed by the overflow down-draw method. It has good surface accuracy and does not contain potassium or nano-plasma. It is an important glass raw material for the electronics and optoelectronic industries. In addition, it does not contain arsenic, antimony, barium, and halides.
This glass has low density, high chemical durability, and thermal stability, up to 92% visible light transmittance, good flatness and excellent characteristics of no alkali precipitation. It is widely used in TFT-LCD liquid crystal display substrates, polysilicon solar Battery substrate and optical coating industry.
